These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PrintableZones website and the purchase and use of our digital products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. About us

PrintableZones sells digital printables, including invitations, party decorations, greeting cards, coloring pages, and related designs. Our products are delivered as downloadable files. We do not sell or ship physical products unless a product page clearly says otherwise.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding contract to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

3. Products and personal-use license

When you buy a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Unless a product page states otherwise, you may:

• print the files as often as you like for your own personal events and activities;
• print the files at home or through a local print shop for your own use;
• use the files for a single personal celebration or household activity.

Unless you have our prior written permission, you may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or give away the files or printed products made from them;
• share, upload, or distribute the original files, including through file-sharing services, social media groups, or messaging apps;
• use the designs in print-on-demand, dropshipping, or other commercial manufacturing;
• claim authorship of the designs or register them as your own intellectual property;
• use the designs in a way that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes the rights of others.

If you need a commercial license, please contact us before purchasing. We may offer a separate license at our discretion.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

Product prices and descriptions are shown on the website. We try to keep them accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a material pricing or description error before your order is fulfilled, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes, fees, or currency-conversion charges are shown or applied at checkout where required. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, misuse, a legal violation, or an error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

5. Delivery and download access

Digital products are delivered through download links after payment is confirmed. Links may also be available in your account. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files. We recommend keeping a backup copy.

Download links may expire or be limited for security reasons. If a link does not work, contact us with your order number and we will help. Do not share download links with others.

6. Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains when we offer refunds or replacements. Because our products are digital, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply once a download begins, where the law allows that result. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

7. Intellectual property

The designs, artwork, text, website layout, logos, and other content on this website are owned by PrintableZones or used with permission. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Your purchase gives you the limited license described above; it does not transfer ownership of the designs or any other intellectual-property rights.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website in a way that interferes with its operation or security;
• attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access;
• scrape, copy, or republish the website or product files at scale;
• upload malware or use the website to send spam or unlawful content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• use the website to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

9. Reviews and comments

If you submit a review, comment, or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and moderate that content on the website and in related marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or off-topic.

10. Third-party services and links

The website may use third-party services for payments, hosting, analytics, advertising, or downloads, and may link to third-party websites. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them, and you use them at your own risk.

11. Disclaimers

We work to keep the website and product files available and accurate, but the website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Printed results can vary because of paper, printer settings, ink, screen calibration, and print-shop equipment. We do not guarantee that a print will look exactly like it does on your screen. Product pages describe the files and suggested printing options as accurately as we can.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintableZones will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

If you are a consumer, this section applies only to the extent permitted by the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold PrintableZones harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website or products, or your violation of another person’s rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where PrintableZones operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of that jurisdiction will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the website from the date it is posted. If we make a material change, we may provide additional notice. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and any product-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and PrintableZones regarding the website and products.
